Quality of Service

A speedy service is assured. While it is not possible to offer guarantees, every effort is made to dispatch straightforward orders within 48 hours of receipt of order.

Explanation of listings

Listings are updated on a monthly basis.

Catalogue references apply to SG Part 1. Stamps preceded by the Reference CW relate to the King George VI catalogue 18th edition published by Murray Payne Ltd.

Stamps priced in the u/m columns have not been hinged. Those priced in the m/m columns are lightly mounted unless otherwise stated. F/U stamps are fine used unless otherwise stated. If no price is shown for a set it is currently not in stock. 

Full and short sets from each Commonwealth territory are listed together. Omnibus KG VI sets are listed individually for convenience.   

Prices

Nearly all mounted mint sets are priced at less than half-catalogue. For example, mounted Coronation and Victory sets are offered at one-third catalogue price; UPU and Silver Weddings at 40% catalogue. Unmounted material is generally between half catalogue and 60%. It is more difficult to generalise in relation to fine used stamps but most can be found at half catalogue or less.

VAT
The stamps are sold under the 1995 Margin Scheme Rules for 'Global Accounting'. There is no VAT to be added for UK customers and no deduction for overseas customers. All stamps are sold at the prices shown.

Ordering

All material is offered subject to being unsold.

If not satisfied with the material sent, an immediate refund will be made (or, with agreement, credit given) provided that the material is returned within seven days of its receipt and that it is returned in the same manner that it was sent. For example, if material was sent by Special Delivery then it should be returned to me by Special Delivery. Non UK customers would normally be expected to use the 'International Signed For' postal service. The cost of returning material will be met by me.

For UK customers ordering by post, cheques or postal orders should be made out to J R Niblett.

Postage

There is no postal or handling charge for orders of GB £50 or more. 

For orders of less that GB £50 please add 40p to cover the cost of first class postage. 

If postage by Recorded Delivery is required, please add £1; if Special Delivery is required please add £4.60. 

Non UK purchasers must add the cost of the required method of shipping to their orders.
